Operating Principles
These are not values written for a website. They are the structural constraints we set before accepting any engagement.
No content is published, no links are placed, and no campaigns run until the technical foundation is clean. Crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal link architecture are audited and resolved in Month 1. We do this because ranking problems are almost always foundation problems. Content and links placed on a broken technical base compound the wrong way.
AI runs our delivery infrastructure: draft generation, content brief production, reporting automation, and link prospecting. Every article exits the pipeline as a draft. A senior strategist reviews, edits, and approves it before it publishes. No raw AI output reaches a client. The AI makes us faster and more consistent. The human review makes the output publishable. These are not the same thing, and conflating them is how agencies destroy their clients' domain authority.
We cap the client roster. A flagship retainer requires real bandwidth — strategy time, content oversight, link quality control, and meaningful monthly reporting.
